1. Reservations & Bookings

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-out Time: As per hotel policy (usually before 12:00 PM)
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required for confirmed reservations.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and online payment gateways.
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared before check-out.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation timelines and refund policies depend on booking type.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable time.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount.

5. Guest Responsibility

  • Third-party tour, transport, or activity services recommended by hotel staff

  • That all content remains hotel intellectual property

10. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for service interruptions due to events beyond control including:

11. Termination of Stay
